On July 1, 2020, we migrated from an older website and account management system to a new system. We have a new look and feel on our website and our whole Gateway Network functions exactly as before.
A couple of notes for existing customers:
- You now log in with your email address. Previously, you used your userid in the form of "[something]@octanevpn". Your password remains the same.
- In the client area of our website, things are re-arranged, but generally the same functionality is there. We are working to make a couple of small changes.
- Billing and payments should work as normal and you have the ability to update payment methods if needed.
