Refund Policy

New customers may request a refund within 7 days of payment. If you are a new customer and are having technical difficulty, we would like to provide assistance. Please give us the opportunity to help you through our Support Team before requesting a refund. We are not able to provide refunds more than 7 days after a charge has been made.

OctaneVPN offers services and features that may be provided to our subscribers on a Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, Yearly or Biennial basis. Our customers are obligated to pay for service for which they select.

Customers may request to cancel service at any time through their login to our website account management system. Customers may also contact us through our Support system to request a cancellation by providing sufficient information for us to identify the account. We close accounts at the end of the current paid billing cycle.

If your account is deleted or suspended because we have determined use of the account to have violated either our Terms of Service or Privacy Policies, it will not be entittled to a refund.
